Welcome to Gekko! By accessing or using Gekko (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using Gekko.

Gekko is a service provided by Vincere Software, Inc. (“Vincere Software,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Gekko provides a platform for users to create and interact with content rooted in source materials. Vincere Software does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any User Content, including but not limited to misinformation, possible defamation, or opinions expressed through bots or user interactions.

• Vincere Software is not liable for any misinformation, defamation, or other inaccuracies in User Content.
• Vincere Software is not liable for any damages arising from interactions, disputes, or conflicts between users or any third-party claims regarding User Content.
• Vincere Software is not responsible for monitoring or moderating User Content, though we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While using Gekko, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Post or distribute harmful content, including viruses or malware.
